This practice offers a good friendly service from all staff and doctors and nothing is too much trouble.

very good recourse centre excellent waiting times (there is none) efficient and polite and they also call you if there are any problems rather than patient chasing doctors.
ALL the staff provide good quality care and appointment times are always available within 24 hours. The surgery itself is well maintained, clean and modern.

I am a new patient at this practice and I have found the reception staff and GP's very help and approachable. I have never had to wait more than 1 day for an appointment to see a GP and I can also book up to 3 months in advance.
Very clean and modern building with good access.
Great website giving access to online appointments 24 hr a day. The text reminder service is a god send with me receiving a reminder the day before my appointment. I can also cancel my appointment via text. How good is that!
Very up to date with technology but this is easy to use and great seeing the older patients checking themselves in.
